As a Team Leader, your responsibility will include product knowledge, profitability, quality, productivity, efficiency and your team. You will focus on effectively supporting each employee in your team, which means competence development and responsibility of each employee and make sure everyone meets our overall goals.

The tasks also include leading operations, quality assurance, coaching, reporting and following up measurable production results. You will report directly to your Business Manager. 


We are looking for a Team Leader who will work for our partner NETS, who is a well-known partner in the corporate market.

As a person you are outgoing and driven, you have an ability to lead and motivate your colleagues. You can maintain focus, be able to prioritize and structure your tasks. Further you have a high level of commitment, a strong will to achieve results within the team and take responsibility. You have a solution-oriented perspective with an innovative mind. In your daily work you are flexible and enjoy working as a team.

Competence requirements:

  • You speak and write fluently in either Norwegian/Swedish/Finnish or Danish
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken 
  • Good technical understanding in general
  • It’s an advantage if you have previous experience within sales and personnel responsibilities 


  • Working hours: Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00
  • Employment rate: 100%
  • Employment: Placed in Malaga, Spain 
  • Start date: March
